Live in front of a crowd of five exhausted crew members, broadcasting from a suite at the Ritz-Carlton in midtown Manhattan (we’ll explain later), it’s another of those *forgive us father, for we are deep in our cups* episodes.
I've just given up trying to listen to TFC in public. Three times, on my walk today, I had to take my headphones out after an uncharacteristic grin imposed itself on my face and my chuckles swelled to choked laughter.
Fun fact: I own one of only (actual real) 25 jackets (the same jacket but he had a lot) owned by George that he wore in the Faith era. The one worn in the video/album cover/ tour. The BSA rockers revenge jacket. How I came to own one is a crazy story. I was recently offered 15k for it. I turned it down. I own some good music paraphernalia but this one is probably my most valuable/favorite/iconic. 😁
Oooh my goodness. That man in that jacket! I'd love to hear the story of how you got it. (I wonder who owns his jeans??) The 80s were great!!! Do you have anything of Freddie Mercury's?
To answer a question asked during this episode (I think? The days run together.): Based on the comments from some of my friends on the Right, it seems many conservatives harbor disdain for David French because of how he’s repositioned himself in response to the praise he received from the Left during the Trump years. Not that he’s as clownish as the Lincoln Project, but as a friend who used to be a HUGE fan of French put it, “He always manages to find a ‘conservative’ angle that just so happens to agree with the Left’s outrage of the day, and he’ll do it 100 times over before he takes issue with the Left. And even then he somehow finds a way for the Right to be culpable too.”
I’m not a conservative and don’t get into the political tribal stuff myself. I used to read his stuff and listen to his podcasts for his sharp insight into various matters from a thoughtful, conservative viewpoint, and I am disappointed in the quality of his commentary these last few years. He used to cause me to reconsider my positions all the time, but I feel like you can almost predict what his takes will be at this point.
Took him a few weeks, but he finally figured out how to blame the outrageous behavior of the left on gun rights advocates. French used to be known for admonishing writers for nutpicking, but that didn’t slow him down at all here.
“Hey babe, what are you listening to?”
“Oh, it’s my favorite podcast. They’re in the middle of a ten minute paean to Dick Cheney’s cock.”
This one hits close to home.

Top comment is perfect (predictable, but still hilarious): "Damn, looks like he hiding a WMD on him this whole time. No wonder we never found it."
It looks more like a large hernia to me.
I have literally sent this link to most of my address book.
A. Gross
B. Could be an unfortunate "Oops I Crapped My Pants" caught on camera
My phone battery died right after Moynihan exclaimed "this is literally Dick's dong" and I thought that was the end of the show 😂
Kmele looked at Dick Cheney’s mastodonic penis and, in that moment, glimpsed the face of god.

Thanks guys...
Seth Rogan movies have been scientifically proven to lower antisemitism because the audience ends up (appropriately) blaming Canada instead.
Totally missed opportunity to use the phrase Darth Diggler.

As both a lawyer and a Chicagoan, it was an embarrassing week.
Fifdom gonna start having dreams about Dick Cheney
Some of us never stopped dreaming about Dick.
Ooo boy. I was going to wait for a link roundup to share this but the latest IQ2 with Coleman Hughes and Ruy Teixeira vs Alicia Garza and Jamaal Bowman on “Is The Democratic Party Too Far Left?” is 🔥🔥🔥 https://www.intelligencesquaredus.org/debate/is-the-democratic-party-too-far-left/#/
Ruy would be a fun Fifth guest. He’s pretty lively in interviews.
Where can I WATCH these debates? I don’t see them on You tube.
If you click through they embedded the video. Right up top.
I will be expecting this week's "Workin for the Weekend" post to include links to Dick Cheney dong pics.
How tf was “And Down Someone’s Pants was the Iraq War” NOT the title of this episode?
Podcasting malpractice, that is!
RIGHT?!
Every movie is a Jew movie.
(It’s cool, I’m chosen as fuck)
Best Jew Movie? Zohan hands down, while his penis beats your face.

Perfect example in his latest column: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/04/23/opinion/guns-shootings-stand-your-ground.html
